When do Puptrait gift certificates expire?

What is your studio’s refund policy?

All deposits and print orders are non refundable. We use only the best photo printers, paper and mounting materials resulting in a significant investment in production expenses for each order and as such, paid print orders can not be cancelled or refunded once placed. Gift packages and pet portrait session gift cards are non refundable and can not be redeemed for cash.

How can I help you shoot more probono dog portraits?

We try to dedicate at least 1 day a week for the probono shooting of foster and rescue dogs in hope of helping them find forever homes. We would love to shoot more rescue dogs and expand our reach to help more rescue groups and foster organizations. What happens if I fail to meet my minimum print commitment? 

The short answer is, nothing. Our pet portrait clients are not required to purchase any prints. There are no penalties or surprise fees is you fail to meet your minimum print commitment. However, if you spend $750 or more with us on post-session prints within 30 days of the delivery of your proofs we will discount your first print order by $250.

Will I receive digital copies of my photos?

All Puptrait Studio clients receive web-ready watermark free digital files of their session proofs and we encourage clients to download and share their favorite images from their pet portrait session on social media. Why are your prints so expensive?

Will you photograph dogs with communicable diseases or parasites, like fleas?

We can not work with dogs with transmittable diseases or parasites, such as fleas or communicable skin diseases, such as mange. If your dog has a communicable disease or parasite we will be unable to photograph them until your dog is healthy and is no longer infectious. We will photograph puppies that have yet to complete their scheduled vaccinations. Will you photograph unvaccinated puppies?

We do photograph puppies that have yet to receive their full series of vaccinations. Please let us know if your dog has not completed their second round of DHPP vaccinations (vaccines for distemper, adenovirus [hepatitis], parainfluenza, and parvovirus) so that we can have an opportunity to thoroughly sterilize our studio work space immediately prior to your pet’s visit to the Puptrait Studio.
