Description: Came to SPCA as stray in 2015. Soon after, we realized how special he is and enrolled him in humane education program. Stolen from home in 2016 during robbery. Made local and national news. Baltimore came together as a community of dog lovers to get him back. Big head, bigger heart, Knox’s mission in life is to make humans happy.
