Eligibility restrictions:

No purchase necessary to win. The drawing is open to adults 21 years or older residing in the United States of America. Employees of the Puptrait Studio, its contest sponsors, volunteer staff members managing the contest, and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted from the drawing. Persons who have won anything from the Puptrait Studio in the last 30 days are ineligible and winners must agree to be referenced by the Puptrait Studio in marketing communications. Winners will be announced on the Puptrait Studio Facebook page.

The Prize:

Winners will be eligible for a grand prize if it is part of the contest. No part of the prize is redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise specified, photo sessions do not include photo prints or unwatermarked digital files – however, prints may be purchased at additional cost by the winner. Winning Puptrait sessions must be held within 20 miles of the 21211 zip code or at the Puptrait Studios located at 3853 Falls Road Baltimore, Maryland 21211. Prizes are not valid with any other offer and are non-transferable. Free sessions must be scheduled and shot within 6 months of drawing.

Conditions:

Payment of all federal state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating in the contest the winner agrees to have their own or their dog’s name or likeness used in advertising related to contests or the Puptrait Studio without additional financial or other compensation, and will sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. Winner must also sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements prior to the release of the prize. The Puptrait Studio in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Puptrait Studio website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.

Right to make changes:

the Puptrait Studio reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest including the substitution of the prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value which would become effective upon announcement. No purchase or donation is necessary.

Responsibilities:

the Puptrait Studio is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

Copies of contest rules:

Copies of written contest rules will be available for up to 30 days after the contest at Puptrait.com. You may also receive a copy of the contest rules by mail. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Puptrait Studio, 3853 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD, 21211.
